Hi, I’m Peter.
I do this work because I believe feeling is the heart of being human. My own path has taken me through experiences I couldn’t fully face at the time. What I discovered is that presence — from myself and from others — can turn even the hardest places into openings. That realization shapes everything I do in my practice.
I’ve trained in body-based approaches like Somatic Experiencing® and related practices that help people process stress and trauma. But more than any credential, what matters to me is creating a space where you can show up as you are, and discover what becomes possible when your experience is met.

That’s completely okay. This isn’t traditional talk therapy where you need to fill the space with words. Our work is more about slowing down, noticing what’s happening in your body and emotions, and simply being with it together. Sometimes very little needs to be said — what matters is that you don’t have to be alone in it.

We’ll take things slowly. If strong feelings or sensations come up, we can pause, give space, and let your system settle. You’ll never be pushed to talk about or relive anything — we’ll follow what feels safe enough in the moment.

Not at all. You don’t need any background or preparation. This process is about meeting yourself as you are, not performing or doing it “right.” You can come with experience in therapy, or none at all — either way, the work meets you where you are.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just starting the conversation is enough.
